1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between win33 and every user who accesses or uses the win33 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. win33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the win33 platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the Terms currently in effect.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the win33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not listed among individuals prohibited from gambling under applicable local laws.
• Not currently experiencing serious financial hardship or enrolled in a gambling addiction recovery programme.
• Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Not registering on behalf of any other individual or business entity.
• Never been banned or suspended by win33 previously for any reason.

3 Registration & Account Management

Registering a win33 account is free and open to all eligible individuals. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at win33 at any one time. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods. Violating this policy may result in:

• Permanent suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings accumulated across those accounts.
• Permanent ban from registering a new account at win33.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your win33 account username and password confidential. win33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password containing letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Contact win33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on win33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) through approved payment methods only. win33 does not accept any foreign currency or unlisted payment methods.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (unless otherwise approved by win33 for technical reasons).
• Win33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Win33 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment providers.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Win33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the respective promotion's terms.
• Win33's standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.

The win33 Sports Betting platform covers a wide range of sports including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, NBA, tennis, e-sports, and over 30 other sports. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Win33 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or incorrectly offered odds.
• For live (in-play) betting, odds change in real time. win33 is not responsible for any odds discrepancies resulting from network delays on the user's end.
• Postponed or suspended matches will be governed by win33's settlement policy as stated on the specific rules page for each sport.
• The maximum win per single bet is RM 500,000 or the limit set for the relevant market, whichever is lower.
• Win33 reserves the right to limit or reject bets from any account suspected of involvement in circumvention activities or market manipulation.

7 Casino Games & Fair Play

8 Account Suspension & Closure
